And the Work Continues
I ran away to Europe for a couple of weeks, and the writing world kept turning.
I have a whole bunch of truly exciting things that I’m dying to share with you but…not yet.
But I can tell you that I took my own advice. I’ve said it in every interview that’s ever asked the question.
“What do you do when you don’t know what to write?”
My answer: Hike. When the trail gets hard and you can’t stand to think about your legs anymore, figuring out what to do in an imaginary world will suddenly become very easy.
I have a new project up my sleeve, and I’m so excited to dive in!
And where did all the scheming take place? On a hike down one of the longest gorges in Europe.

I can’t tell you much, but I will say that the daring adventure I’m plotting is going to be challenging and take a ton of time and planning to make all the cogs fit into place.
It’s going to be one tough summer, but I can’t wait to see where the stories lead me.
In the meantime, I’ll be editing Death of Day, a new short story from the world of Girl of Glass, available for free download July 10th. Follow Raina’s journey as she takes her first steps towards Nightland.
